Working closely with targeted customers on new product design in and follow up with quote to win
Driving growth within segment
Driving designs wins as defined by print position
Optimizing Maximizing price / margin
Maintain and communicate industry-best understanding of technical trends driving our (and end-use) markets and competition
Write application notes, and co-author technical papers
Identify new product opportunities, and qualify, develop and champion development of our product offering (by application)
Identify and help to enhance the company's competitive advantage and / or barriers to entry (by product)
Provide technical support for sales and marketing
Contribute content to technical collateral materials
Shared responsibility for sales into a specific target market / application(s)
Take on the role of key technical expert for customers and sales channel
Write detailed specifications and application notes for new products, ideas
Define new products and new applications
Solve customer application problems in a timely manner
Training of sales staff, agents and distributors.
Other assignment as need

The Individual
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, Business, Marketing or a four-year technical degree required
Professional experiences in a related background (OEM or semiconductor related market as assigned) desired
Professional level experience of 5 years required
Must be willing to travel approximately 40% - 50% of the time
Ability to perform business correspondence, including technical writing, connectors / components / Semiconductor experience required
