Reporting into the Head of HR within this international financial services group, you will be a strong influencer in the business and advise the senior stakeholders on strategic HR initiatives.
You will be responsible for providing direction on people issues, establish actions plans and deliver day to day HR services to the business.
This role will require you to act as an employee champion and change agent by assessing and anticipating HR-related needs relating to performance management, talent management, succession planning, recruitment and compensation and reward.
To be considered for this dynamic and influential role, you should have more than 8 years HRBP experience working in the financial services industry with a strong ability to partner with the business.
You will be proactive in developing relationships with key internal stakeholders and you will have experience in effectively dealing with demanding senior executives.
Excellent English and Cantonese communication skills are essential for this role.
