Responsibilities

Identify and solve problems by analyzing and deriving insights from both internal and external data

Apply data science and statistical techniques to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement

Develop dashboards and data visualizations

Communicate with users to collect requirements and implement data projects

Help with data preparation, ETL, pipeline, and automation

Ad-hoc data related projects for various business units as needed

Requirements

University graduate in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering or other relevant disciplines

1-5 years' working experience in data analysis

Fresh graduates also welcome

Proficiency working with data using languages such as SQL, Python, and R

Practical experience with BI visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)

Knowledge and experience in IBM Cognos and Datastage an advantage

Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g. Google, Adobe, etc.) a plus (but not a must)

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Pro-active and able to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision

Effective interpersonal and communication skills and able to work with people at all levels

Passion for working with data is of highest importance

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Data Analyst or Junior Data Analyst.

Working location in Causeway Bay
