Tenant MarketingTo work on the total mix and match look and work with Product committee for product push purposeTo liaise with Marketing, Digital, CRM teams as support for tenant’s marketing event if necessaryTo lead tenants be supportive on offer or SKU for in-
mall promotion or eventTo liaise tenants for brainstorming marketing programs which synchronize in-mall’s theme for synergy2.
Retail Sales ManagementTo monitor the tenant’s inventory for achieving the product push’s objective of uniqueness and exclusivityBuild stronger relationship with tenants to provide better support on sales action plan, service standard, operation efficiency so as to strengthen their sales performanceDrive the sales of tenants to achieve company objectives by improving the efficiency of tenants marketing activities (e.
g. instore action on daily sales, UPT, ATV)To set tenant incentive mechanism for driving sales e.g. cross selling (Setting the tier, criteria to payout and evaluate the effectiveness)Setting the store visit schedule / procedures.
Regular meeting with tenants to provide feedback and suggestion. (Quarterly or half yearly depends on priority)Workout the best workflow of cross sell implementation and inventory checking3.
