We are looking for a 3rd Baker based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong.

As a 3rd Baker, we rely on you to :

  • Responsible for the production of bakery and other related products in order to achieve the food quality and standards at all times
  • To ensure the hygiene standards are achieved according to the HACCP & ISO22000 requirements
  • We are looking for someone who :

  • Form 3 or above standard
  • Minimum one-year relevant bakery experience in similar capacity
  • Diploma in Bakery, Pastry & Confectionery is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HACCP & ISO22000
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
