ER seeks to drive behaviour which is consistent with the Firm’s culture and values, so that the Firm can attract and retain talent from diverse backgrounds.

As an ER advisor, you will investigate allegations of inappropriate behavior, provide a sounding board to HR Business Partners on complex HR matters, and help to formulate, revise and communicate HR policies on a range of topics. Responsibilities

  • Manage complex investigations into a range of ER-related matters across Asia, including complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and workplace bullying.
  • Assist HR Business Partners with the management of complex HR matters, including in relation to background checks, extended absences, and performance management.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions for HR Business Partners, Business Units and senior management on a range of ER-related topics.
  • Develop, implement and review HR polices on a range of topics, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and to implement best practice across the Firm.
  • Compile and review data from ER cases, to determine trends and develop proactive strategies to remediate risk within the Firm.
  • Support management on the continued build out of the ER function within the region and globally.
  • Requirements

  • Level Director / VP (5+ years of experience)
  • Proven experience in ER matters
  • Exercise good judgment in the handling of complex and sensitive matters
  • Maintain objectivity and composure during challenging situations
  • Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Employment Legal and others
  • Influence senior management to ensure fair outcomes in ER matters
  • Quickly build relationships and credibility with a variety of stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
  • Balance multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
