Within the Trade Support Unit (TSU) of the OPER / CMP (Capital Market Principal) Department, the TSU COO Transformation is responsible of facilitating TSU transformation by driving transversal projects within TSU.

In this context, you will be responsible of the following objectives :

Set up new management KPI tools for TSU

  • Collect the needs of TSU in terms of monitoring the performance, quality and risk indicators related to transactions booked in the information system
  • Be innovative and open to new technologies to create the tools of tomorrow
  • Lead the project implementation and delivery of the tool
  • Analyze TSU functional KPIs and deliver action plan

  • Identify the root cause of issues
  • formalize action plan and implement with the objective to meet KPI requirement
  • Develop best practices for how to share knowledge across TSU functions
  • Contribute to OPER strategic transformation projects

  • Being the point of entry TSU
  • Strategic data analysis and management (KPIs, alerts) to identify potential problems and conceptualize solutions (include the use of innovative technology if needed)
  • Be responsible for the implementation of these projects
  • Ensure the progress of the projects are on track
  • Manage the TSU transformation projects / topics

  • Collect the needs of different TSU functions / teams
  • Prioritize transformation topics by considering the costs and benefits and functional needs
  • Track budget consumption in partnership with ITEC / project managers if necessary
  • Focus on value and return on investment and anticipate potential risks
  • Management relationships with Front Office, and other stakeholders

  • Organize / participate and lead the governances with business lines (deliver operating performance indicators and activity reports, track execution of actions, and communication on delivery)
  • Establish partners priorities
  • Regular interaction with stakeholders and partners (client focus and problem-solving mentality)
  • Link between business lines and TSU functions
  • To be the point of entry on the projects of TSU

  • Coordinate with different stakeholders (ITEC, Front Office, Risk Management Department, Finance Department and other teams within Operation Department
  • Assess the main impacts of projects on the TSU functions and find a solution as needed
  • Conduct initial analysis during the study phase
  • Process review

  • Identify inefficient and operationally risky process within TSU by working closely with TSU managers
  • Conduct and perform process review in order to achieve simplification and automation
  • Identify process gaps and implement process re-engineering to streamline the process
  • Client

  • Contributes to address the needs of clients and stakeholders
  • Develop long-term relationship with stakeholders
