Incumbents within these jobs demonstrate an understanding of the vendor and services management environment and stakeholder interests.

The primary responsibility of the Senior Contract Renewal Administrator is to ensure that all service delivery that are ready for renewal are quoted accurately and that new orders are captured in the relevant service administration database.

Radford information : Responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing of maintenance / service / license contracts for assigned region or account.

Increases renewal sales for assigned region or account(s). Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s various products and maintenance contracts.

Educates customers on business practices and associated contractual implications. Ensures customer awareness and understanding of applicable product elements.

Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements. Maintain account team relationships and transfers leads as appropriate.

Working at NTT Key Roles and Responsibilities : Provide administrative services and support activities relating to Service Renewals Assist with quote to order processes, basic system support, filing and general administrative functions Ensure that the queries from Renewal Sales regarding renewals are adequately addressed, enabling effective client and contract retention Installed base accuracy : Work with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Administrators and Contract Owners to review and maintain accurate contract data for service delivery and contract renewal Installed base reconciliation : Review the client contract details including installed base of technology products and software licenses Perform installed base reconciliation across multiple sources of data and deliver an accurate and validated installed base baseline to perform CPQ Installed base finalisation : Collaborate with Renewal Sales team to finalise the contract items and installed base to be scoped for the renewal proposal for client Ensure all expired, expiring and due to expire contracts are included for formulating the installed base scope for renewal Costing : Obtain vendor quotes backout of parts replacement or onsite services Ensure optimised vendor backout and cost in relation to the operational needs for excellent client service delivery Pricing / Quoting : Work closely with Renewal Sales to position the best renewal pricing considering historical price, competitive benchmarks, gross margin targets and complexity of the contract.

Price positioning and quote presentation are key to helping renewal sales secure the renewal Ensure the renewal quote is submitted on time based on strict renewal timelines Quote iterations : Ensure iterative quote revisions are provided in a timely manner by working alongside Renewal Sales teams and follow through client requests for quote changes Process medium to high complex transactions with minimal supervision Process medium to high value contracts Serve as primary point of contact for all process related issues, queries and concerns - Handles exceptions relating to process and document the same Generate process improvement ideas for better efficiency and deliverables Typically works on Mid-Tier to Top Client base of NTT Ltd Knowledge, Skills and Attributes : Ability to work with a variety of internal teams to ensure the successful execution of their daily activities Displays good understanding of the relevant systems and portals Ability to work quickly and accurately, whilst being able to balance general administrative duties and excellent client service orientation Ability to display an understanding of the business needs and expectations and the ability to consistently deliver a quality service through offering the required support Reliable with the ability to produce a high quality of work Excellent attention to detail and able to manage work processes and display strong orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery Ability to plan well and organise their daily work activities Meticulous attention to detail together with good organisation skills Good understanding of business needs and expectations and uses skills and knowledge to produce a wide range of tasks Ability to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders Excellent written and verbal skills Should be at least an intermediate on MS Productivity tools like excel, word and power point Academic Qualifications and Certifications : Preferably completion or working towards completion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any stream (Finance graduates would be preferred) Completion or working towards completion of an ITIL certification is preferable Required Experience : Demonstrable years of related industry experience Demonstrable knowledge on costing and quoting for services renewal Vendor back out knowledge is preferable Demonstrable order booking processes knowledge Quote to Order / Order to Cash Knowledge What will make you a good fit for the role?
