Requirements
A PhD degree in Environmental Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry or related disciplines plus at least 3 years’ relevant research experience after the award of a PhD degree.
Strong knowledge of and experience in environmental chemistry, extraction of organic chemical contaminants from environmental samples (water, sediment and biota tissues), operation of state-of-the-art analytical instruments (e.
strong organisational and interpersonal skills; being self-motivated and hardworking; a good team player; and ability to work independently are required.
Experience in analysing pharmaceuticals in seawater samples and non-target analysis is preferred.
Candidates with no more than 3 years’ postdoctoral experience may be considered for appointment as Postdoc.
