Establish SOP procedures, and re-enforce filing system to ensure centralization of all digital and printed documents.Manage and analyze quarterly budgets and forecasts relating to operations of human resources and operating costs.
Liaise and collaborate with internal parties to design, review and unify the operation and system workflow to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in creating and enhancing long-term business relationships with suppliers to optimize business growth and opportunities.
Short-term (2 months - 6 months) relocation. i.e., relocated to Malaysia, and China (Shanghai) upon the availability of job duties.
Frequent business traveling is needed.MBA or Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.7-10 years senior manager level in operations management, Customer Service fields, and / or Merchandising management.
Hands-on skills in forecasting, inventory management, budgeting and cost control, etc.Experience in using ERP system, excellent IT skills and proficient in MS applications.
Outstanding leadership, people management, influencing skills at a senior level.Detail-minded, functional, analytical, strong problem solving, very well organized and result oriented, Project Management experience is plus.
Proactive, willing to learn, who don’t mind getting hands dirty. Enjoy working in a team and also able to work autonomously.
