We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Procurement Coordinator (Part Time) to join our fun, professional and dedicated Finance Department based here in Hong Kong.
Our Procurement Team takes the responsibilities of local category management. It targets to continually innovate, develop tools and processes to automate, streamline and improve the procurement function.

What you will be doing
Support procurement activities
Assist in sourcing and conducting market research for potential local supply
Coordinate and follow up the progress of purchase requisition and payment
Assist in internal and external correspondence and maintain proper procurement record and system database
Prepare summary for easy evaluation
Assist to drive awareness / compliance to adhere to procurement policies and procedures, through close collaboration with the internal stakeholder
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior
The part time is expected to start working in December or January.)
Who you are
Able to work for 2-3 days per week
A bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
Detail-oriented and possess the ability in multi-tasking, both independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
Data processing skill is a plus
