Assistant Workforce & Business Planning Manager

Your role

  • Analyze historical trends and deliver accurate forecasts for staffing requirements at annual, monthly, daily and intra-day
  • Communicate any interruptions to stakeholders and co-ordinate necessary actions to minimize any risk to Service Level
  • Identify and recommend process improvement and efficiencies.
  • Provide long term and short term capacity plans, forecasts and schedules
  • Ensure the preparation of business models and standard reporting requirements
  • Operate and maintain a number of data models which will allow clear understanding of business KPI s and key drivers across business operations
  • To succeed in this role

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline and 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Highly developed with Microsoft Excel(including VBA), Access and database applications
  • Experience in using SQL and SAS solutions will be an added advantage
  • Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Positive working attitude, responsible and result-oriented
  • Results oriented and able to drive others to achieve
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skill
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
