Senior Digital Business Analyst


  • Eliciting business needs, understand the business value as a feature owner
  • Manage business stakeholders to understand business value and ensure cost vs benefit analysis is conducted thoroughly
  • Conduct gap analysis & feasibility study
  • Define the KPIs & targets for the project to establish a framework for the feature
  • Working on gathering requirements by understanding business rationale along with peer BA, document requirements, process maps, user journeys and documenting the user stories for development, collaboration with analytics team for application activity tracking
  • Working with UI / UX team to drive & define the wireframes & prototype, review & finalize the user journey after liaising with the peers & relevant stakeholders
  • Provide recommendations based on the analytical data, market research for the UI / UX
  • Work with internal & cross-functional BAs as an individual feature owner and independent contributor in the scrum team for digital projects
  • Work closely & participate in scrum team as a feature owner to contribute in overall feature delivery
  • Manage the junior team members to provide guidance & coach in the project development
  • Create & update testcases, review them based on user stories and ensure complete coverage
  • Review & conduct training materials & conduct end user and stakeholders training, internal teams training & arranging for a handover
  • Monitoring the feature adoption and usage, drop off based on analytical data, feedback into product backlog for the journey improvement
  • Your Profile

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, computer science, engineering or equivalent
  • 3 or more years of experience in business analysis & digital transformation
  • Tech savvy with quick learning & adapting to changes quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure, face & handle clients & business stakeholders to advocate our platform usage
  • Optimistic & open to constant learning
  • Resilient, quick learner, excellent team player, coaching & mentorship skills would be an advantage
  • Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese & English
