The appointee will provide administrative support for enhancing the Faculty's visibility and corporate image, and for promoting the Faculty’s programmes via online and offline marketing platforms (including production of programme pamphlets and videos) and promotional activities / events.
He / she will be responsible for managing the Faculty website, handling media matters, coordinating and supporting activities / events of the Faculty, and performing other duties as assigned.
The appointee will be expected to occasionally work outside normal office hours and on weekends. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
