Responsibilities

  • Monitor the customer service team in alignment with internal policy and client’s request
  • Assist the department to formulate a clear SOP for each customer
  • Support JDA implementation for current and new customers
  • Work closely with the warehouse operation team in processing warehouse daily tasks
  • Allocate the tasks with proper backup in the customer service team
  • Provide a clear job responsibility for the customer service team
  • Support any special duties as assigned by the management
  • Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • 5-8 years’ experience in logistics / warehouse industry is highly preferred
  • Independent, strong personal motivation and well disciplined
  • Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and trustworthy
  • Computer proficiency in data processing, MS Excel and WMS application
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English and Mandarin.
