  • Collaborate with the technical members to evaluate proposed solutions and suggest alternatives, they should be appropriate
  • Work within a fast paced environment where everybody is able to work on every component
  • Utilize standard software development methodologies, processes, techniques and quality planning methods in all phases of work
  • Requirements

  • At least 10 years of working experience, at least 5 years with PEGA
  • PEGA experience : developing and maintaining workflows, debugging, reporting, integration
  • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, analytical and innovation skills
  • Strong analytical skills to perform technical analysis, design and identify impacts (functional / technical), and good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of SDLC. Experience with technical projects using Agile or Waterfall methodology
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and the desire and flexibility to work as part of a geographically diverse global team
  • Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Master’s Degree
  • PEGA CSA(Certified System Architect) or CSSA (ertified Senior System Architect) certification is strongly preferred
  • Experience in software development for banking or financial service industry, preferably in a wealth management / private banking environment, is a plus
