Lead a team to deliver key performance indicators of the secured lending business and perform portfolio management.
Develop short and long term product and marketing strategies and campaigns for mortgage loans, investment product pledged facilities and premium financing.
Oversee new product ideas and channel strategies to improve market awareness and market share.
Develop pricing strategies, monitor profitability of products and carry out appropriate actions.
Derive channel strategies and monitor sales channels to achieve business targets.
Direct planning, implementing and monitoring of marketing campaign performance and competitiveness
Analyze customer / product MIS and market information to understand customer behavior, market trend and our gaps for continuous improvement.
Drive process improvement and system enhancement projects so as to improve product features, efficiency and customer experience.
Work closely with business stakeholders to enhance credit policy and operation workflow.
Control and manage marketing budget and ensure effectiveness of initiatives and campaigns.
Prepare relevant business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.
Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates as required.
Requirements :
Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in product development / management for retail banking products like mortgage, deposit, loans, cards
Good product development and project management skills and is result-oriented
Good leadership and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
