Responsible for Supply Chain operations in Hong Kong including Customer Service and Supply Chain management (including but not limited to demand / supply planning, inventory planning, in-bound management, warehousing, transportation & distribution.

Ensure performance of required functions within established budgetary and operational guidelines. Coach and develop team members.

Establish departmental policies and budget.


Internal : All local functions. GLP, global and regional QA, global packaging team, Global Customer Service

External : Customs, Third party logistic service providers, Forwarders etc.


  • Overall responsible for all Hong Kong Supply Chain operations. Review operational results in the areas of safety, quality, cost and schedule and initiate changes to address non-conformities
  • Manage 3rd party customer service provider. Ensure order entry accuracy, customer satisfaction (NPS) and proper handling of customer and consumer complaints.
  • Manage 3PL to ensure smooth warehousing and distribution operations. Ensure SOP’s are properly followed and monitor 3PL performance on a regular basis.
  • Owner of finished goods inventory in Hong Kong. Lead S&OP process to generate accurate rolling monthly forecasts. Ensure sufficient product supply with the right level of inventory (DOS).
  • Foresee supply issues and communicate to CLT in a timely manner.

  • Represent Supply Chain in CLT and actively contribute as a valued business partner.
  • Owner of Hong Kong Supply Chain budget.
  • Coach, develop and retain Hong Kong Supply Chain team members through feedback, counselling, training and timely communications.
  • Perform other projects as assigned.

  • University educated in business or related disciplines. MBA is a plus.
  • 8-10 years of supply chain, customer service or quality compliance experiences with proven track record in multi-national company, ideally in a managerial position.
  • High proficiency of English and Cantonese communication a must.
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of health care or pharmaceutical / medical industry is a plus however we are open to candidates with strong FMCG background.
  • Ability to contribute as a member of a commercial management team providing leadership.
  • Strategic thinking in terms of business orientation and customers’ insights.
