Responsibilities :

  • Utilize, enter and update database
  • Verify related data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or reentering data
  • Purging files to eliminate duplicate records
  • Organize and prepare files for storage and scanning
  • Documents reformat
  • Provide general assistance to other teams
  • Requirements :

  • Excellent computer and word processing skills
  • Completeness, accuracy, attention to detail
  • Can work minimum 1.5 days per week
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
