Inspire and motivate a cross-functional team by providing strong vision of product strategy
Execute the vision consistently, rapidly and effectively
Operationalize experimentation, growth, and monetization by building the Ad Tech platform and tools
Discover new, untapped opportunities by experimenting with innovative mediums and products (e.g. voice / audio, VR, AR)
Be curious and courageous to all members of cross-functional, cross-dept team (editorial, marketing, analytics, etc.) and funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans.
Fulfill managerial roles such as assigning duties, hiring new talent, ongoing coaching employees and evaluating their performance.
Build a strong team and culture of growth-minded product managers, developers, and designers.
At least 8 years of relevant experience (preferred in media industry and / or tech startups)
Sound technical background with strong UX & UI experience
Growing products from scratch experience (Startup experience preferred)
Ability to manage product development across the teams of product designers and engineers to deliver a constantly improving customer experience.
Extremely analytical and data-driven, and able to think strategically yet quickly despite uncertain environments.
