The Job

  • Attend the helpdesk calls and take action according to the helpdesk escalation procedures
  • Sort out problem over the phone and perform problem logging
  • Keep track on the logged helpdesk problem status
  • Gather and handle all service requests from users
  • Compose services level statistics reports on regular basis
  • Prepare memos for internal communications to stores
  • Administrate stores’ IT asset management and keep up-to-date the store equipment list
  • Manage and schedule installation, refurbishments, disconnection and stores closure
  • Arrange equipment deliveries between warehouse and stores
  • Prepare, handle and process Purchase Order & Invoice of stores equipment purchases
  • Coordinate with vendor and handle the reconfiguration & repairing of different electronic devices in stores
  • The Person

  • Form 5 or above with 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Good command of spoken / written English & Chinese, fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Patient to listen and willing to learn
  • Proactive and outgoing with capability to work under pressure
  • Familiar with store operations and procedures in an advantage
  • Well versed in MS Office, including Excel, Access and Windows XP, Chinese word processing
  • Shift duty maybe required during non-office hours / Sat / Sun / public holidays
