As the central contact window for DBS Banca team in product development
Support customer and sales validation process to confirm product design and key features
Provide assistance to DBS Banca team in the due diligence and product reneral process
Work with IFP Products in the product development process for Bank specific product materials
Work with internal departments such as Training, Distribution Services, to ensure smooth product launch
Knowledge / Skills / Competencies / Education
5 to 8 years of experience in the Hong Kong life insurance industry together with at least 5 years job related experience.
Proven track record in the Consumer Bancassurance field.
Familiarizes with and good knowledge of the industry’s best practices, legal and compliance framework and market competitive environment.
Proven track record of working in good partnership with banks and its management structure.
Self-motivated, attention to details and able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Industry recognized studies and passed FLMI Level I of LOMA are preferred.
