Job HighlightsSenior Supply Chain OfficerFull set shipmentsOrder ManagementJob DescriptionSenior Supply Chain OfficerTHE GIG (Summary of the Role)The candidate will be responsible for the complete supply chain operation including but not limited to order management and coordinating shipment with supplier and forwarders as well as to work closely with 3PL warehouse service provider and trading partner for stock management and warehouse management in Hong Kong / China.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART (Responsibilities)Responsible for supply chain operations including but not limited to order management and coordinating shipment with suppliers and forwarders.
Handle shipments and full set shipping documents to ensure in compliance with origin import and export declaration regulations.
Follow up on any shipment discrepancies and monitor shipment schedule to ensure accurate and timely delivery and to inform internal / external stakeholders regularly.
Work closely with 3PL warehouse service provider in Hong Kong / China on warehouse / logistics management and stock management to ensure efficiency and accuracy by conducting regular KPIs review meetings with service provider.
Ensure accuracy of information in ERP systems with the ability to reconcile data across different systems with MS Excel.Oversee Hong Kong local operation in regarding order processing and timely delivery.
YOUR FUNDAMENTAL QUALITIES (Requirements)Degree holder in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or related discipline.At least 3-
5 years of experience in order management or supply chain role preferably in retail / FMCG / Freight Forwarding company.Familiar with import / export and customs clearance procedures, China importation and order management experience is preferable.
Able to work independently under pressure and with minimal supervision, multi-tasked with good problem solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skill and able to communicate well with all levels.
Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese. Conversational Mandarin preferable.Proficient and advanced MS Excel skills.
