Hex Trust is looking for Company Secretary to join the team!
What you will be doing
With direct reporting to the General Counsel and CEO
Assisting in the establishment, daily compliance and closure of local and overseas local entities, preparing relevant corporate governance and administrative documents;
Organizing and advising directors / shareholders’ meetings, including preparing and reviewing meeting minutes and written resolutions;
Reviewing statutory and regulatory filings;
Arranging execution and proper filing of corporate documents and materials;
Assisting in the preparation of varied legal documents and agreements;
Preparation of proposals and engagement letters with third parties consultants;
Other works as assigned by the General Counsel or CEO.
Who you are
Bachelor degree
At least 4 years of relevant working experience (previous experience at fintech start-ups or fast-growing companies is considered a big plus)
Good command of reading and written English.
Interest in digital assets’ technology and related work.
