YOUR ROLE IN MHD
As a Manager, Off Premise, you will be accountable for the channel sales performance across the full portfolio of MHD brands within the nominated accounts and sub channel.
Reporting to Channel Sales Director, you will be part of our diverse Off Premise team, managing the luxury portfolio with excellent presence in Off Premise Channel through high-quality in-market execution of luxury brand, portfolio and company strategies to achieve volume and profit targets.
Being a crafter of experiences, you will deliver quality and professional services and experiences to key account clients.
In this role, you will demonstrate strong capabilities in driving sales performance through developing sales strategies and build effective business relationship with Key Retail Chains and distributors.
You will deliver strong commercial objectives and grow market share by achieving team annual sales target, managing retail business performance in relation to agreed business objective, brand priorities and product / pricing strategies.
You will drive excellence in merchandising in the areas of planogram, product facing, listing & distribution, and instore display.
You will partner closely with Marketing and Customer Marketing team to formulate, implement and evaluate on the brand promotions.
You will engage with Key accounts clients to maintain effective and smooth trade relationship through delivering quality and professional services and experiences.
You will also provide timely communication on market environment and competitor analysis, identify and advise sales opportunities and risk.
Maintaining effective and smooth trade relationships to optimize operational effectiveness, business performance and goodwill will be key success to this role.
You will be the ambassador of MHD brands through strong product knowledge and exceptional storytelling, continue to build digital mind-set, and influence retailers for changes in business needs.
