Diploma or above in Business Administration; language in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Excellent Proficiency in English
3+ years of working experience in managing or engaging with Customer across Travel, Transportation and Hospitality
Knowledge about Products and Services sales
Strong leadership, influencing, analytical and numerical skills
Strong business acumen and integrity
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Ability to work well under pressure
Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic

In this role you will assist the sales team of TCS Hong Kong and build relationships with the key contacts to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service.
You will be required to create a plan for each client along with the existing person responsible for that account and update your results on that plan regularly to ensure the needs of the clients are met and goals are achieved.
In addition to this, you will be involved in new business development as time allows so that there are always new projects coming to the business that can create future opportunities.
Assist a team of account managers to grow the business by looking for new opportunities and maximise the business within the current client base.
Collaborate with the TCS Hong Kong Sales Director to plan client needs and strategize growth by improving relationships, meeting higher level contacts, regular visits, etc.
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships through prompt communication, overseeing the delivery of great product on time, and a having great understanding of their situation and unique ways of working.
Review forecasts and margin targets regularly to monitor and plan for any fluctuations in the account.
Creating an account strategy to drive sales across the line of business
Research all client campaigns and understand the competitor landscape to make further improvements in our offer.
Occasional Travel Required
Working closely with other business units to expand cross selling opportunities.
Achieve sales target, expand sales territory in APAC and account penetration with world class partners / clients;
Work in handling regional / global projects and campaigns, and service contract negotiation;
To formulate sales strategy and plans to increase account penetration, customer satisfaction and revenue growth
To build long-term relationship with customers at all levels and assure high level of customer satisfaction · Identifying the market trends and gathering market information
Other duties assigned by the TCS Sales Director
