  • About the Role

    We are looking for an APAC HR Lead to join our growing team. Responsibilities will include :

    Strategy

  • Develop and manage employer branding, value proposition and workforce experience
  • Act as a business partner and provide HR guidance to the APAC leadership team
  • Drive the implementation of both regional and global people priorities, focusing on enhancing the employee experience to improve employee engagement
  • Advise management of risks associated with current business practices and new business opportunities including establishing operations in new locations
  • People Management

  • Oversee the employee performance management process cycles across the APAC region
  • Work with the APAC leadership team to create a culture of coaching and ongoing feedback
  • Design reward and recognition strategy, including leading the annual compensation review
  • Advise and manage high risk or senior employee relations issues
  • Management

  • Manage, coach and develop HR team members to ensure a high performing, business focused function
  • Develop and manage relevant HR regional finances and budgets
  • Collaborate with the APAC HR Operations team to ensure efficient execution of HR processes and implement change as required
  • Skills and Expertise

  • An experienced HR generalist with 8+ years’ experience in a professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the firm
  • Strong planning and project management skills, able to effectively plan and anticipate challenges
  • Demonstrated experience providing creative solutions to address HR challenges and implications of the organization business strategies
  • Strong problem-solving, influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills
  • English required, Mandarin and Cantonese desirable
