Provide professional and courteous customer service to walk-in customers at Customer Centre
Handle customers’ enquires / complaints at service counters on all company products and services
Understand customer needs, establish and maintain good customer relationship by providing one-stop customer care services
Input and maintain accurately customer record and related transaction
Implement customer retention programs and identify the cross-selling opportunities
Act as a trainer of Customer Handset Workshop
Collect feedback from customers and give suggestions for on-going service improvement
Completion of Secondary School or above
Minimum 1 years relevant experience in customer service field, preferably in telecom / service industry
Customer service oriented, cheerful and pleasant personality
Willing to work under pressure, independent and self-motivated
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
Strong interest in telecommunications products and services. Experienced in using Smartphones and data related products with popular APPs is a definite advantage
Good command of both spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua preferable
Proficiency of MS office and Chinese Word
Good knowledge of computer and mobile devices is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Excel, familiar with Chinese Word Processing will be added advantage.
8.75 hours per day (including 1 hour meal break)
5-day per week in shift pattern (including Sunday and Public Holiday)
