Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the team follows the regulatory requirements as well as the internal compliance policies and guidelines including but not limited to anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism
  • Formulate and develop strategies to achieve the business goals and objectives
  • Responsible for the direction and business achievement of the Bank's auto loans portfolio
  • Develop business relationship and expand referral base with an aim to improve market share of auto loan business
  • Manage business sourcing and application quality to meet satisfactory credit and audit review
  • Provide leadership to the Loan Product Development function and ensure overall functional objectives are achieved through collaborative efforts with the middle management team
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with business partners to enhance the Bank's visibility and strengthened market position in the related fields
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the sales teams to ensure high quality of customer services are provided while complying with all established policies
  • Develop sales strategy including resources allocation, process improvement and lift sales staff average productivities to maximize results
  • Robustly monitor workflow and streamline procedures to ensure quality and recommend solutions / ideas for better productivity and service level
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with other departments on campaign logistics before launch
  • Establish planning for x-selling and transform traditional auto loan acquisition mode to more effective mode
  • Requirements

  • University degree with minimum 10-15 years sales management experience, preferably in consumer banking area with proven experience in management role
  • Relevant experiences in Hire Purchase / Leasing & Unsecured lending products
  • Good interpersonal skills and with experiences in business development and managing external business partnership
  • Capability to lead, manage change, drive result and communicate at all levels
  • Aggressive, result-oriented, good management and communication skills. Know how to motivate staff for best results
  • Fluent English and Chinese (both written and spoken) and good communication skills in Mandarin
  • Ability to be proactive and possess the maturity to work independently, able to work under high pressure with strong business acumen
  • Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
