    Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries & complaints and performs necessary investigation
  • Perform cross-team support in contact center and provide premium phone banking services
  • Handle after-sales services related to insurance product
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all requests to be completed within the preset time limits and up to good quality standards
  • Experience & Qualifications

  • HKDSE / HKCEE or above
  • Min 2 years Call Center experience from financial institution is preferred
  • Qualified IIQE 1,2& 3 Holder will be a benefit
  • Potential candidate with less experience will be considered
  • Knowledge / Skills

  • Excellent service attitude and follow on commitments to customers
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
  • Patient, pleasant personality and good telephone manner
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge of medical / life Insurance product is a definite asset
