The Program Management and Governance organization sits within Property Management in Corporate Services. The primary focus is to offer management and governance across multi-year programs that deliver on complex strategies.
The portfolio of work is diverse and will impact key stakeholders within both Corporate Services and more broadly, business units across the Firm.
Key objectives include :
Ensure Corporate Services Programs and Business priorities are aligned with the Firm’s Goals and Objectives
Agreed partnership with clients to realize a common desired outcome
Improve transparency and risk management across the program portfolio
Create a view into cross program / project dependencies
Deliver with Operational Excellence
Support Execution of commitments
At the core of the Program Management model is a value-add process that centrally provides expertise around oversight, delivering transparency and mitigating risks / issues while ensuring the program’s goals and objectives are aligned with Corporate Services long-term vision.
MONITOR AND TRACK
Program level Roadmap that captures milestones, business value achieved, identified risks, links interdependencies and tracks spend / savings
Control process over scope, schedule, metrics, and budget
Utilize Technology tools
Integrate levels of checks and balances throughout program timeline following agreed milestones
Identify contingency plans
Consistent feedback loop for improvement
Audit Reviews embed independent process
Develop process to resolve risks and issues efficiently
Establish Decision and resolution process
Maintain RAID log
Develop and execute a robust Communication Plan
Establish committees and working groups with a defined purpose
Maintain and publish required artifacts (executive summary, program dashboards, roadmap, etc.)
This role can be based in either Hong Kong or Mumbai and reports into the Global Head of Program Management, and the Asia Head of Corporate Services.
The role is accountable for delivery of Corporate Services Programs in the Asia region. A high level of interaction across all relevant Corporate Services teams, infrastructure partners and business stakeholders is required.
Strong track record in Project Management and Program Management with interactions with stakeholders across different divisions and locations
Executive summary communication and maturity, with the ability to operate at a senior level
Experience of supporting multiple global programs concurrently
Ability to forge relationships with senior stakeholders across the Firm
Strong attention to detail, communication and organizational skills
Ability to work autonomously under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Strong system skills; Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience and a track record of delivery in property programs
