1.Be part of a growing and dynamic AML team supporting Ant’s International Business.
2.Responsible for formulating AML standards and policy forbusiness partners, dynamic monitoring and continuous assurance.
3.Act as the focal point to business and cross-functional teams regarding any new (or proposed changes to) products or services, business strategies and work with business partners to ensure the appropriate mitigation of AML / CFT / Sanction risks.
4.Provide support / guidance to the senior management and relevant stakeholders to ensure that AML / CTF and sanction risks are adequately identified, understood and managed
5.Actively cooperate and work with external and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of AML standards / framework or AML solutions for projects and initiatives.
6.Monitor the AML regulatory changes, money laundering typologies with specific focus on card payment services, e-payments, fintech / techfin and other payment processing services.
1.Bachelor or Advanced degree preferably in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent field. Experience in working in Visa / Mastercard and other payment network is preferred.
CAMS qualification is highly preferred.
2.A minimum of 10 years’ experience in AML, fraud and general compliance with regional / global exposure would be an advantage.
3.In-depth knowledge of fintech / techfin and financial sector laws and regulations in the AML and sanctions area is preferable.
4.Be a team player and can work both independently and collaboratively with multiple teams located in different jurisdictions and under tight deadlines.
5.Technically-inclined with an ability to engage and work with technology specialists and can adapt to a fast-paced rapidly evolving environment.
6.Excellent project management skills and sound judgement.
7.Self-starter with good attitude. Resourceful, adaptable and flexible in a highly engaging, demanding and rewarding environment.
8.Willingness of frequent travel.
9.Network with card payment services, payment network, e-commerce, e-payments, or financial services preferred.
