Job Duties :
Formulate and implement sales and operational strategies to maximize sales growth and brand equity.
Formulate KPI to achieve sales target.
Understand the market needs and analyze these data to devise and implement necessary procedures.
Responsible for the overall success of retail operations driving sales, reinforcing operations, and store leadership management & development.
Work with Marketing Team to establish excellent retail processes which are efficient and customer-centric.
Ensuring all projects and policies confirm to Brand Value and local regulations. Collaborate with other division of the company to ensure Brand Value is upheld.
Analyze and review store management team and Retail team's performance for career growth and succession planning.
Identify and communicate sales driver opportunities with marketing and business development teams.
Degree holder in Business or related discipline
At least 6-10 years of sales experience with at least 3 years at managerial level in chain store business
Strategic and capable of delivering business KPIs
Strong leadership and people management skills, ability to influence people
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to cope with changes
