Information Technology and Sustainability Division will provide innovative technology solutions that contribute significantly to the Club's mission and strategic objectives.
You will :
Perform financial tracking &assessment, identify risks to the budget and communicate to the leadership team
Prepare financial reports, analysis and monthly reconciliation
Be the focal party in managing project contract documentation, purchase requisitions and invoice processing, monitoring expenses and track vendor requirements
Prepare vendor resources, their utilization, NDA compliance and other ad-hoc reports
Support efforts to improve and comply with governance requirements, such as project funding, approval, NDA, vendor billing etc.
You should have :
University degree holder and has experience in supporting IT programme or project teams
Sound knowledge and experience of core IT Project Management principles and the successful application of these in supporting projects / programmes
Project financial administration, data mining, external invoice &payment, and reporting experience (4+ years) with experience of scripting and automation of report generations
Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
The ability to work in detail and independently as well as in a team setting
Excellent with MS and computer applications
Previous experience in a PMO governance environment reporting on IT Projects and programmes mandatory
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual
