This is a unique opportunity to join our global Brand and Marketing team, producing high-quality design and driving creative innovation across the Asia-Pacific region.
In this role you will be responsible for application of the Macquarie Group brand across a broad range of collateral, digital assets and presentations, as well as content and strategic marketing.
You will translate business needs into creative design material in a timely manner, engaging with clients to understand their requirements and advising on appropriate cost-effective solutions.
As a key member of our global Design and Production team, you will work closely and collaborate with creative colleagues, content creators and other marketing specialists to develop innovative concepts and creative solutions.
Working together with the Hong Kong Brand and Marketing team, you will support events and marketing activities across Asia, as well as creating and refining material for the Asia CEO.
You will also be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, translating briefs into creative concepts and managing projects and stakeholders in the region.

With a strong design aesthetic, awareness of current creative trends and industry experience in creative or web design, you will have a pro-
active, can do approach; be able to build strong relationships, influence and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes. You will have relevant software knowledge (Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office Suite) and have an understanding of EDM, CMS and events management systems.
