Responsibilities :

Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus

Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities

Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers

Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account

May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product / service strategies

Responsibilities are within the Account / Relationship Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines General Profile Plans own territory or account approach and monitors resources while working within overall sales plan developed by manager

Manage and grow sales revenue in an assigned territory by strategically positioning all LexisNexis products and services (including print, online and solutions) at all decision-making levels within an organization.

Work closely with the Team to ensure revenue and growth opportunities are realized.

Achieve revenue targets.

Work within the team to develop and implement plans which identify sales strategies, assess revenue potential, and outline targeted activities to maximize revenue opportunities.

Generate sales leads through referrals, seminars, conferences, exhibitions or / and cold calls.

Prepare sales proposals.

Maintain weekly pipeline reports for tracking all sales leads.

Provide weekly sales report on major sales, competitive intelligence and sales initiatives for subsequent periods.

Assist Development and Customer Service teams for improving customer experience.

Requirements :

Min. 3 years of experience in a Sales / Business Development / Account Management role with proven track records

Strong negotiation skills and communication skills

Strong presentation skills

Self-motivated, pro-active, enthusiastic, and an attention to detail is a must

Fluent English and Chinese
