The Job

  • Assist the Head of IT Project Management Office in the governance of standards across all ITEC projects.
  • Govern critical project implementation deliveries, analyse trends and behaviours for project risk and control management reporting.
  • Continuous review and enhancement to existing policies and procedures to align with latest industry practices.
  • Provide advisory services and project support to project managers and on project governance, risk and control processes.
  • Perform project portfolio analysis, prepare reports and dashboards for reporting to stakeholders and tracking of relevant performance metrics including project financials and capital expenditures.
  • Perform comparative analysis to capture trends and behaviours of performance over the years down to project detail level to establish targets to be achieved
  • The Person

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in areas of Project Management
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) or formal project management training
  • Experienced in Programme Management processes, especially in managed in risk, change management and communication.
  • Experience in Project Management Systems, Tools, and Processes and have implemented these is an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Meticulous, analytical and result oriented, with ability to work under pressure.
  • Good analytical skills, identify trends and reporting
  • Manage stakeholder groups and C-level management
  • Energetic, highly organized, problem-solving skills
