OKX is looking for a Graduate Product Associate - Account, Asset & Support to join the team!
What you will be doing
Proactively participate in the entire product design and development cycle, including but not limited to : competitor analyses, user research arrangement and coordination, user data collection and instrumentation, product bug fixes or enhancement follow-up, product content management etc.
Deliver product documentation with the indication of flows, collect and categorize internal and external user feedback, and, where appropriate, provide analytical comments from a user's perspective

2021 to 2022 fresh graduate
