For the same reason, we are now looking for a Technology Implementation Manager to take charge of the coordination and implementation of global products & technologies for FCM Travel Solutions for 5 different markets in Asia.

This includes managing all products & services as developed as part of the overall FCM global technology strategy & roadmap plan, along with continuous support of those technologies as required.

Reporting to the Technology Director and forming part of the wider technology team in Asia , you will be responsible for providing first level of product training locally by establishing key training documents and information to internal and external customers.

You will also be maintaining the training documents to keep it up to date for future training usage.

On a regional level , you will work with the product leadership team on identification of applicable technologies within the APAC region for implementation and act as a project manager in developing project plans and timelines.

You are the subject matter expert on the product capabilities and constraints when it comes to customization of products and the specialist when it comes to executing these plans on a local level and seek to find alternative solutions to overcome technical challenges as they arise.

Maintaining effective communication and updates to relevant stakeholders on project status is key to ensure excellent partnership between businesses.

What we need from you is :

  • A good team player who is able to engage in active listening as well as open communication and sharing of information that builds productive relationships with peers
  • Ability to focus on, establish, and meet customer needs and expectations
  • Demonstrate good ownership for own performance, working with deadlines and milestones and ensuring all goals are met
  • Experience in project management and system migration.
  • Previous experience and engagement with key business stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing vendor and key contacts relationships.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in working with GDS with Amadeus and Galileo highly preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge with Travel Technology Products.
