F6 or above, at least 1-2 years’ working experience in customer services, hotline handling or related discipline.
Knowledge in medical network, healthcare or insurance would be an advantage
Fast learner, customer-service mindset, self-discipline, attention to detail, good time management, can work under pressure
Good telephone manner, communication and interpersonal skill
Fluent in Cantonese, good command of verbal and written English; Mandarin / Putonghua will be a plus.
Good computer skills
Key Responsibilities :
Handle customers’ calls, emails and faxes for medical service enquiries and complaints in professional, timely and effective manner.
Perform data entry in systems and maintain service records and logs
Follow up and co-ordinate with network clinics, internal departments and external customers for various matters
Provide other administrative support as assigned.
