The Role

Risk Intelligence Central

  • Implementation & Onboarding : administrative support and onboard client on Risk Intelligence Central.
  • Governance & Reporting : especially on adoption and user feedback, connection country, region and global; work with country on the definition and achievement of key performance indicators.
  • Operation : work with operation team to set up operation support for business as usual; communication with global team, and other CFT managers to share best practice and possible improvement based on business needs.
  • Internal Communication, Training & Marketing : newsletter, presentation, event, and opinion sharing, to make sure consensus and implementation among cohorts;
  • marketing campaign for Risk Intelligence Central, incl. email, webinar, social media.

  • Support to Account Planning & RFP : work with account manager and bid management team, respond and preparation on relevant part of Account Planning and RFP.
  • Follow-up relevant data collection and preliminary analysis, to make sure CFT in Asia is line with overall strategy and action plan of Sales and Client management and relevant functions of Asia
  • Affinity

  • Coordination : with global, regional and country teams and champions to execute Affinity strategic business initiatives in country and drive Asia go-to-market plan.
  • Support to Sales & Client Management : prospects and pipelines monitor and report; support on sales preparation, pitch materials, account planning, resource facilitating.
  • Project Management : on selected key Asia Affinity projects throughout the whole life circle, which includes presales, sales, product design, insurer negotiation, implementation, and exit.
  • Training, Knowledge Sharing & Marketing : with support from global team, and insurance market; support marketing campaigns as required.
  • Operation Improvement : plug & play with insurance market on certain products and process to reduce speed to market; pre-alignment with 3rd party service provide to reduce onboarding process.
  • Deep Engagement with Key Stakeholders : i.e. insurance markets, 3rd party technology providers, TPA service providers.
  • 3rd Party Technology

  • Engagement Framework : aligning with all the stakeholders, across relevant teams (LoB, Operation, IT, Compliance, Legal) of country, region and global.
  • Knowledge Center : build up the repository in line with overall Sales & Client Management strategy of Asia.
  • The Requirements

  • Prefer insurance broker background, insurance company background is also fine.
  • Working experiences : WTW colleague first; 5 8 years client facing orientated.
  • Features Team player, executor, communicator.Technology understanding, usage and outcomes from client perspective.General understanding of technology platforms and their business case / outcomes etc.
  • Good skill and tracking record of client-facing : sales, service delivery, project management.Language : English (proficient in both oral and writing), Mandarin and other Asian languages preferred.
