The Job

  • Coordinate inspection / audit request between clients, selling offices and operations
  • Handle day-to-day service activities from received enquiry through invoicing
  • Client interface through regular meetings to support account management activities
  • Review and maintain client specific program documents and communicate with operations network
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints resolution
  • The Person

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service for Audit business or equivalent service industry
  • Good client conflict resolution and problem solving skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Able to work well in a complex global network structure
