Currently we are looking for capable and independent individuals for the following positions as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities :
Shape the Information Management and BIM requirements industrially professional, and implement the same for major building / infrastructure commissions
Provide direction to the project team with the support of Project Leaders, to ensure quality deliverables via effective use of BIM and Information Management
Manage allocated project BIM Coordinator(s) and BIM / CAD technicians including input to Quality Assurance and Quality Control of models and drawings
Provide technical leadership and support to major project teams in respect to BIM and CAD software, primarily focusing on Autodesk and Bentley tools
Assist BIM Managers in leading major project BIM-related meetings with clients and project partners, including kick-off, coordination and review
Responsible for compilation of (or contribution to) major project BIM Execution Plan, Technology Plan and Information Management Plan
Ensure the project common data environment is in place to meet client requirements and enable effective management of engineering design deliverables
Plan project BIM deliverables and manage the effectiveness in accordance with the Project and BIM Execution Plans
Plan and manage BIM workflow and QA / QC methodology in project delivery process
Assist in BIM / digital applications internally through various means and channels
Establish and cultivate technical communities, and organise internal events for knowledge sharing
Qualifications & Experience required :
Degree in Architecture or Engineering with strong interest in digital engineering applications
With MHKIBIM or equivalent qualification will be an advantage
At least 3 years of relevant experience in BIM, preferably with solid building and / or infrastructure project delivery experience
Hands-on experience of operating mainstream software packages, such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Civil 3D, Forge, BIM360, Solibri, etc
Passionate in exploring and linking BIM to / with other emerging technologies, such as IoT, BMS, GIS, AR / VR / MR, AI / ML, Laser Scanning, 3D Printing, etc
Digital mindset and skills for seeking data insights and digital workflow mapping
Sound communication and planning skills for project management
Fluent in English. Good command of spoke Chinese will be an advantage
