Senior Manager, Global Talent Process & System-005A22
Manage annual Talent & Performance campaigns (performance management, employee development, talent review and succession planning) to align with our People Vision, and performance and development philosophy.
Partner with Schneider Digital and People Analytics team to drive continuous enhancement of the TalentLink platform to ensure strong user experience, strengthen data analytics capability and enhance overall system efficiency.
Plan communication and training on tools and processes in partnership with Talent Manager / HRBP / Shared Services to facilitate implementation of annual talent & performance campaigns.
Partner with Talent Managers Network / Rewards / Learning Solutions / Internal Communication to develop creative and pragmatic solutions to foster a high-
performance and development culture.
Stay up-to-date on external trends and best practices in both processes and tools in performance management and employee development.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong digital capabilities
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt style and approaches to varied audiences across both global / local stakeholder groups
Track record in collaborating across geographical boundaries, bringing people along and driving change throughout the organization
Strong Microsoft excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business / HR / IT / MIS or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
Fluent English (both spoken and written), other language is a plus
