Senior Manager, Global Talent Process & System-005A22

  • Manage annual Talent & Performance campaigns (performance management, employee development, talent review and succession planning) to align with our People Vision, and performance and development philosophy.
  • Partner with Schneider Digital and People Analytics team to drive continuous enhancement of the TalentLink platform to ensure strong user experience, strengthen data analytics capability and enhance overall system efficiency.
  • Plan communication and training on tools and processes in partnership with Talent Manager / HRBP / Shared Services to facilitate implementation of annual talent & performance campaigns.
  • Partner with Talent Managers Network / Rewards / Learning Solutions / Internal Communication to develop creative and pragmatic solutions to foster a high-
  • performance and development culture.

  • Stay up-to-date on external trends and best practices in both processes and tools in performance management and employee development.
  • Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong digital capabilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt style and approaches to varied audiences across both global / local stakeholder groups
  • Track record in collaborating across geographical boundaries, bringing people along and driving change throughout the organization
  • Strong Microsoft excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / HR / IT / MIS or related discipline; Master's degree preferred
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written), other language is a plus
