We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Business Management.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and support senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums, stakeholder feedback
  • Investigate and remediate ad hoc issues which may be adversely affecting business unit performance
  • Oversee the headcount, resource and open roles record for the Service Line
  • Planning & Forecast on people cost by making use of Pioneer
  • Record maintenance & ensure data quality in Pioneer for all resource types
  • Participate in ITCM approval review and responsible for getting approval for all types of spending
  • Liaise with Fusion Team to ensure the vendor payment is completed after ITCM approval
  • Responsible for different types of exercise on resources such as Resource Optimization, Transformation, etc
  • Vendor Management related to contractor’s / consultants’ vendor
  • Demand and Supply Management
  • Requirements

  • Good amount of years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in wealth management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both Chinese and English
  • Ability to deal with all levels of seniority
  • Good analytical skills with ability to think logically, quickly grasp complex topics, and synthesize multiple sources of information
  • Good Information Technology skills and well versed in Excel, PowerPoint, Visual Basic macros, data analytics
  • Good Knowledge on GMIS, Pioneer would be considered
