Job Description

  • To plan implement and coordinate publicity and public education programmes such as exhibitions, conferences and other activities on promoting Dept.
  • protection, management and trading in held in HK and the Mainland

  • To collaborate and liaise with right-holders, professional bodies, Mainland authorities and other dept. for organizing cooperation events, publicity and public education programmes
  • To assist in organizing and implementing seminars, symposiums, exchange programmes and other activities under the cooperation framework of Expert Group
  • To receive visitors and to attend to the related logistical arrangements, conduct researches, prepare meeting notes and other written materials on projects
  • To assist in planning, organizing, coordinating and implementing an opinion survey
  • To undertake any other duties as assigned
  • Job Requirement :

  • Degree with Level 2 in CRE
  • 5 years working exp. in marketing, public relations, event management, advertising web management and social media or equivalent ;
  • exp. in handling publicity events as well

  • Good PC skills
