Responsible for providing technical support to users and participate in IT projects.

Five-day Week.

Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.

Work at off-site centres is required.

Candidates should have diploma with at least 1 year of solid experience in user support service, or higher diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines;

hands-on experience in Switches / Routers / Wireless monitoring and troubleshooting is an added advantage. He / she should have knowledge in supporting and troubleshooting Windows platform and office application.
