  • Job Description

  • To design, deliver and evaluate training program on soft skills and management training skills for personal effectiveness and development including but not limited to leadership, coaching, effective communication, negotiation, change management, time management etc.
  • To assist in developing training plan and identify training opportunity to cope with the business development of the organization
  • To administer training database and the related logistics
  • To coordinate with external training consultants for other training initiatives
  • Degree holder
  • Min. 6 years of training experience gained from banking industry training & development
  • Preferably with some exposure in compliance training
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Good computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong business acumen
