Product Management

  • Develop business plans / budgets and ensure delivery of financial results
  • Develop & communicate product strategy to relationship managers and senior stakeholders
  • Manage portfolio : monitor & manage pricing and core drivers (flows, attrition, cross-sell), manage Electronic Banking support team covering electronic delivery channels and related initiatives
  • Own product related Must-Win -Battles (e.g. Digital Scorecard, Liabilities, etc.)
  • Carry out periodic competitive benchmarking and capability analysis of Citi offerings vis-à-vis competition. Work with TTS in filling product gaps
  • Organize training and knowledge sharing for Commercial Bank RM teams working closely with TTS, for both new hires and ongoing training
  • Drive superior client experience working closely with Client Operations & Technology (O&T), Product and Implementation teams
  • Manage / evaluate / form internal & external partnerships (e.g. legal counsel, 3rd party service providers, etc.)
  • Offer technical support and advice to clients and relationship managers
  • New Business Initiatives

  • Identify new product opportunities around flows / segments and design / execute initiatives aimed at capturing the business opportunity
  • Drive client-focused initiatives (e.g. increasing share-of-wallet with Platinum / MME names)
  • Marketing : Execute client campaigns; Design and implement sales contests
  • Compliance / Policy Adherence

  • Ensure compliance with internal product & credit programs / policies and relevant country regulations.
  • Seek product approvals for new products, whenever required, including COMPAC approvals
  • Ensure adherence with relevant Regional TTS Cash Product Approval Programs
  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of cash management, banking and client interfacing experience
  • B.A. / B.S. or equivalent
  • Have knowledge of Cash Management products & banking
  • High degree of professionalism and work independently
  • Builds robust working relationships with internal partners
  • Strong written, listening & verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
