The Retail Management Department is the core engine of our business. We are in the frontline driving sales, but at the same time integrating the efforts of other departments (e.

g. Marketing, HR, Training, and Business Development) towards achieving the overall sales strategies. We care about our Beauty and Health Consultants as much as we do about our customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide full range of support on day-to-day operations to maximize the operation efficiency, and to maintain exceptional customer service standard at all Hong Kong & Macau retail shops
  • Develop and review operations policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations for improving shop automation efficiency
  • Cooperate with various departments to maintain a high standard of store environment in terms of logistics arrangement, maintenance, shop display and IT technical matters
  • Consolidate operational expenses in terms of payment, goods & coupon requisitions
  • Coordinate in shop expansion and renovations projects to ensure smooth shop openings
  • Support in exhibition projects liaison and materials arrangement
  • Requirements :

  • University graduate in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience, including at least 2 years at supervisory level of retail management
  • Solid experience in new shop opening projects or system automation projects in retail or FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Strong in people management skills, planning, problem solving & time management
  • Proactive, organized, assertive with strong business acumen
  • Familiar with Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
